Arab House Arch. is a luxury architecture studio in Syria, led by Arch. Ghassan Fanari. The studio designs residential, commercial and hospitality architecture that is refined, durable and rooted in the culture and climate of the region. Every project begins with the site: its light, its orientation, its street, its neighbours and the way people will actually move through it once the building is finished.

Our residential architecture ranges from private villas and family houses to full apartment buildings. Each home is planned around daylight, privacy and airflow, with materials chosen to age well in the Syrian climate — stone, plaster, timber, glass and carefully detailed metalwork. The result is a house that feels calm and generous rather than merely large.

In commercial architecture, Arab House Arch. works on offices, showrooms, retail interiors and mixed-use buildings. Here the brief is efficiency without coldness: clear circulation, flexible floor plates, honest structure and facades that represent the business without shouting. We plan for operating cost and maintenance from the first sketch, not after the drawings are finished.

Our hospitality architecture covers restaurants, cafés, boutique hotels and guest houses. Hospitality rewards atmosphere, so we design the sequence of arrival, the quality of the light at every hour, the acoustics of a full room and the details a guest touches. Refined architecture, in our practice, is architecture that still works on its busiest evening.

The studio also provides interior design, urban planning and architectural consultation, and supervises construction so that the built result matches the drawings. Arch. Ghassan Fanari personally reviews each project at concept, design development and site stages.

Based in Mazzeh, Syria, Arab House Arch. works with private clients, developers and institutions across Syria and the wider region. If you are planning a residential, commercial or hospitality project, you are welcome to contact the studio for a free consultation and an honest assessment of what your site can support.
